Amedeo Ungolo

Amedeo Ungolo is a PhD student, he is graduated in Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology at the university of Pavia. His research project aims to design and development of innovative and suitable food packaging materials to limit food loss and waste. Moreover, his research includes the valorisation of the food by-products to exploit their functional properties. He i salso involved in the design and development of innovative 3D structure for tissue engineering.
